Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can request deletion of personal information Varnilix Private Limited ("Varnilix", "we", "us", or "our") holds about you, including information received through the WhatsApp Business Platform and other services we provide. You do not need to have created an account with us to submit a deletion request. For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

To request deletion of your data, email us at:

Please include the following in your request:

• Your full name
• The phone number you used to contact us on WhatsApp (if applicable)
• The email address or other contact details associated with your account
• A brief description of what you would like deleted

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a deletion request, to ensure we do not delete data at the request of someone impersonating you.

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the personal information we are legally permitted to delete, including:

• Your WhatsApp conversation history with us, including messages and media you shared
• Webhook event records associated with your WhatsApp interactions
• Personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and communication preferences
• Identifiers associated with your interactions where they are maintained by us and permitted to be deleted

This process applies only to information maintained by Varnilix. Information maintained by Meta Platforms, Inc. is governed by Meta's own privacy policies and data management processes.

We aim to respond within 30 days, or sooner where required by applicable law. Once your request has been completed, we will notify you using the contact information provided in your request.

We may retain certain information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, even after a deletion request. Any such data is retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes and is not used for any other purpose.
